We assist with finding the right location and negotiating lease agreements. However, you are also welcome to propose your own location for consideration.

Standalone Stores (80–100 sqm): The capital required for a standalone store is approximately R1.5 million (excluding VAT).
Are there monthly royalty and marketing fees?
Yes, there are monthly royalty and marketing fees.
5% – Royalty Fee, based on your monthly Total Net Sales.
3% – Marketing Fee.
Can I own multiple Soul Souvlaki stores, or is this a one-store opportunity?
Yes, you can own multiple Soul Souvlaki stores. We offer opportunities for owning more than one store, based on your goals and experience.
